Terms of Service

Last updated 31 October 2026

pogmc.co.uk is run by pogmc. Contact: hello@pogmc.co.uk. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.

1. What pogmc is

pogmc is a list of Minecraft servers. Anyone can browse and vote. Server owners can list their servers, and can pay for Premium features and Featured spots. pogmc is not affiliated with Mojang or Microsoft, and we don't run the servers listed here.

2. Accounts

You need to be at least 13 to make an account. You need to be 18, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to buy anything.
Keep your password safe. You're responsible for what happens on your account.
Give us a real email address. We use it for account emails like password resets and receipts.

3. Listing a server

Servers must require a genuine, paid Minecraft account to join (online mode, or Geyser/Floodgate for Bedrock players). Cracked or offline-mode servers aren't allowed and will be removed.
Only list servers you run or have permission to list. If someone proves they run a server by putting our code in its MOTD, the listing becomes theirs.
Your listing (including its banner) must be accurate and must not contain anything illegal, hateful, sexual, or misleading, or link to malware or scams. Banners mustn't flash rapidly. We can remove any banner.
You give us permission to show your listing's text, images and links on pogmc and in our own promotion of the site (for example "server of the week").
We ping listed servers every few minutes and publish what they tell us (players, version, MOTD, uptime, ping). That's the point of the site.

4. Voting

One vote per person, per server, every 24 hours.
No bots, vote farms, VPN cycling, paying people to vote, or anything else that fakes votes. If we find it, we can wipe the votes, publicly flag the server, and remove it.
Rewards you get in-game for voting come from the server, not from us. Take any reward problems up with the server.

5. Paid features

Premium costs £6 a month for one server, billed monthly through Stripe until you cancel. You can cancel any time from the billing page.
Featured spots are sold by the week at a flat price that's the same for everyone (the current week is charged only for the days left). Everyone booked into a week shares the Featured rotation equally. Each week has a cap, and a server can't book more than 4 weeks in a row for the same spot.
To stay in the rotation a server must be online, not flagged, and owner verified. If it goes offline it sits out until it's back. That isn't refunded, because it's down to the server.
Neither Premium nor Featured spots change a server's ranking. Rankings use the pogmc score, which is based on real voters, real players and uptime that we measure ourselves.
Prices include any VAT that applies. Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
Refunds and cancellations are covered by our Refunds and cancellations policy.

6. What we can do

We can edit, hide, flag or remove listings, wipe votes, or close accounts that break these terms or harm players. If we remove a paid listing because it broke these terms, we don't have to refund it. If we remove one for any other reason, we'll refund the unused part.

7. The service

We work hard to keep pogmc running and the numbers accurate, but we can't promise the site will always be available or error-free. Player counts and other stats come from the servers themselves and can be wrong. Nothing in these terms limits your legal rights as a consumer, or our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that can't be limited by law. Otherwise, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you've paid us in the last 12 months.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. If a change matters for paying customers, we'll email them at least 14 days before it applies.

9. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you can also use your local courts.
