pogmc.co.uk is run by pogmc. Contact: hello@pogmc.co.uk. We're the data controller for the personal data described here. We keep it to what the site needs to work and to stop cheating.

What we collect and why

Backups of the database are kept for 14 days.

Cookies

We only use cookies the site needs to work: one to keep you logged in (sid), one to protect forms from forgery (csrf), and a short one to show messages like "Saved" (flash). No tracking or advertising cookies, so there's no cookie banner.

Who else sees data

Stripe processes payments. See Stripe's privacy policy.
Cloudflare Turnstile checks you're not a bot on forms like voting and signing up. It sees your IP address and browser details.
Resend sends our emails, so it sees your email address.
YouTube (privacy-enhanced mode) plays trailers on some server pages, only if the owner added one.
The Minecraft server you vote for gets your Minecraft username, and the IP address you voted from, through Votifier so it can give you rewards. Server owners are separate from us and have their own rules.
Our hosting provider stores the server our site runs on.

Some of these companies may process data outside the UK. Where they do, they use legal safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum. We never sell your data.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop using it, and you can object to how we use it. Email hello@pogmc.co.uk from your account's email address and we'll reply within a month. If you're unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

Children

You can vote without an account. Accounts are for people aged 13 and over. If you think a child under 13 has made an account, tell us and we'll delete it.
